Letters do not come with gmail

The SORBS entry tells you the IP address is sending spam, you'll have to find out why that IP is sending spam, as it appears to be a google IP it's not a zimbra problem.

That doesn't mean anything, perhaps the recipient server doesn't check SORBS RBL and therefore you mail will arrive. You need to determine why it appears the sending server IP address is blacklisted, this is not a problem with ZCS.

You really should do some research before you post so you can help us to help you. You need to know what you're dealing with and what steps you could take to try and fix your problem, when you've done that and still found no solution you should post here for help.

An internet search is always a good place to start: https://www.startpage.com/do/dsearch?qu ... ge=english - take a look at those and try some of the solutions mentioned. BTW, your server may,or may not, be on a blacklist so I'd suggest you also check that first.
