How does 1 best handle a ptr record with 2 fqdn ?
in an attempt to avoid 'false positive' in ptr lookup ?

You don't do that, you have one PTR record to the FQDN of the server for the primary Domain on your ZCS server. I know that, I am inquiring as to how you deal with a mail server that does have 2 fqdn.
I thought there was an rfc, that prohibits more than 1 fqdn per ip.
Here is the ip. 198.160.191.65 ( mailserver trying to send email to a domain I host)

as I have zimbra doing a reverse lookup, it rejects the incoming email, as the 2nd fqdn is the correct answer.

You would probably have to whitelist that IP as described here:

Which isn't ideal if that host is actually a source of spam in addition to legitimate email.
