Zimbra docs "Connection refused"

I could say that the DOCS server won't start until you fix the lib dependence that "systemctl status.." displayed.

Have you tried to install this lib from Ubuntu repositories? It didn`t happen in any Centos 7 installation of mine, so maybe it`s a dependence that the install script should fix for Ubuntu.

not sure if it's really a dependency problem, because libpococrypto.so.60 file is present (in /opt/zimbra/docs/lool/libs) after docs server install

i've try to install it, but it's complicated because poco 1.9 (provide libpococrypto60) is not in ubuntu 18.04 repo, only on 18.10.

i've manually install poco 1.9, no change.

Is this host a VPS or a container?

Hi all.

Having the same issue here.

Anyway looking at the browser's "developer's tools" tab there's an error that seems related to "X-Frame-Options" header:

"Refused to display 'https://<edited>:8443/docs/<edited>' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'. "

Nginx configuration bug ?

Yes, the same and exact errors here.

Any updates? Has someone solved the issue?

Today we have official Zimbra Support answer about the Zdocs issue:

" Engineering team filed an internal bug for this issue and they are working on this issue.
We will let you know once get any update from them."

especially because we have decided to migrate to zimbra, bought a licence, and now i just wait for deploying zdocs parts

Hi,

I confirm on my ubuntu 18.04 doc server I get the same problem and I cannot also connect to 9980:

telnet zimbradocserver 9980

But it looks like the server is actually listening on 9981 instead!

loolwsd 22792 lool 18u IPv4 76992 0t0 TCP 127.0.0.1:9981 (LISTEN)
