zmprov fc error

Hello i have a problem with the Command zmprov fc all/zimlet/....

i have the error:
[zimbra@mail zextras_suite]$ zmprov fc skin
ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: can only be used with SOAP)

but i cannot find any solution.

Please help me!!!!
