Zimbra mobile iphone/android access

Is there any setting needed on zimbra in order to get iphone/adnroid to get connected?

Uh, a valid account. And the url or IP address.

the problem was firewall and ports redirected to the Zimbra server, I think you can use IMAP and SMTP if they are checked in services and as far as ports are open on firewall if I am right. In my case firewall was blocking the IMAP port.
