Good afternoon to the community of zimbra. I have a problem with my server. The server has 4 processors of which all the time is kept 100%. This started happening 1 week ago. I would like to know how I can solve this problem. I want to emphasize that if you can send and receive emails. Restart the services and the server but the problem persists.

The system is as follows:

Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-105-generic x86_64)
zcs-8.7.5_GA_1764.UBUNTU14_64.20170314032533.tgz

The server has been running 3 years ago

Downgrading to version 7.1.0 from 7.1.1.
I also faced similar kind of issue downgrading helped me resolve this server issue.

Can i ask a serious question?
Why still using old versions of Zimbra, with no support or updates?
Why don't just update to the latest version?
