What I asked for was the log snippet leading up to the failure. Your log snippet starts with the failure having already happened.
You asked for help as to why the failure is happening; please show us the logs that document the failure happening and then maybe we can help.

Why this output show /usr/local/bin/clamscan ? ClamAV is supply by Zimbra and is available with following path /opt/zimbra/common/bin/clamscan
