Need some advise one of my user account having the issue on his mailbox, eventhough he already clear/delete all of his emails via zimbra webmail but his mailbox still showed full. When i check on the server his mailbox is really empty there's no email at all but still the quota of his mailbox are same
Is anyone here ever having same issue like mine ?
