Hi,

There is a mail sending issue in our email server. We can't send emails to outside domains only from one email account(user3@domain.test). But we can send from other email accounts. all incoming emails are working. This issue is only for one email user. I have attached the delivery error report. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue pls..

Hello,

you must verify and clean your public mail server IP.
You must check that your public server IP has a reverse DNS and your public server hostname resoved with same IP.
Also check your EHLO hostname.
And use DKIM and SPF to get better score at SPAM detection.
