Post by BradC »

I noticed Zimbra snuck out revisions for the latest set of patches. Anyone know why?

It wasn't 'snuck out', it was actually released on the 27th August and' it's in the Zimbra Blog and wiki:

I didn't say they snuck out the patches, I said that they snuck out revised versions of those patches and asked if anyone knew why?

The patches were released August 27th, the revisions were released last night.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were claiming but as you didn't mention that a new version had been released last night I thought you were talking about the original release. I guess the new release of those patches is because of an error.

It's due to a regression that was introduced. This post has the details: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=68705

Appreciate the details. I (perhaps rudely) assumed it'd come out in the weekly community call, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

While I'm here, thanks for providing the call updates every week. Always informative and much appreciated.
