Hide some user information on web client

Hi Team,

Zimbra 8.6.0 multiserver OSE implementation (2 MTA/Proxy servers, 3 Mailbox servers one with LDAP service).

From the web client when accessing Contacts and searching for a user, the information that was uploaded in the "Notes" area of ​​the web admin console is displayed (this includes the "Description" and "Notes" fields).

Is there a possibility to configure this view so that this data is not displayed?

You really should get yourself on the most recent version of ZCS, there are serious security vulnerabilities in older ZCS server that can render your server well and truly "hacked". Search the forums and/or the release notes for further details and if you care about the security of your server and users get the servers updated.

We are planning to do upgrade to 8.8.15 with the latest Patch, its not so easy for us with a multiserver implementation and around 37 k accounts (without support).

About my question, do you think this is a version issue? or it could be mitigated prior to upgrade ?
