quota usage problem

Hi, we have zimbra network edition 8.8.15 Patch and we set 10gb quota for all the user, one thing i notice one of the user exceed the quota and we check quota usage in the admin console and via command line the quota usage of the user is almost 11gb, we already delete some mailbox, inbox, sent items and briefcase file in zimbra webmail but the quota usage of the user does not decrease and does not change. We try to run the script to get the size of specific folder, the inbox and sent item folder size is only 150+ mb.
The problem we did not know where their storage is really being used. Can anyone help me any suggestion would be appreciate.
