Hi all,

can I create public folder like Microsoft Exchange with Zimbra OSS ?

Because, if I create a shared user I have to repeat the sharing operation for each new user on server

you can use a central account (or resource so it doesn't cost a license) and share a folder with an entire domain. Then users just have to click the 'find shares' link in the folder list, enter the central accoutn and they can mount the shared folders.
