What's in your fetchmailrc file, that it's throwing the error on? If it's being removed by the script, can you edit the trainsa script to skip the fetchmailrc file removal?
zmtrainsa problem
I dont have a .fetchmail.rc file. Its looking for the file in /opt/zimbra/conf I touched a file there and it just gives me a > instead of the error. Im not sure what I would have to modify in the script to pull it out.
zmtrainsa problem
copy the shell script and mod. the copy to output the rc file.
zmtrainsa problem
Im not quite following you. Explain please.
zmtrainsa problem
You reported an error in fetchmailrc, which is created by the trainsa script, then removed.
copy the trainsa script, and modify it so that it doesn't remove the fetchmailrc file.
run the modified trainsa script
post the rc file, so we can find the error.

[zimbra@mail bin]$ cat /opt/zimbra/conf/.fetchmailrc
server localhost protocol IMAP user spam@domain.com@localhost password #PW# keep
[zimbra@mail bin]$
I changed the domain and pw. Although the original password does have # on both ends. Not sure if thats causing the problem but Its possible because I have to " " it when I run it.

The # sign in the password was causing the problem. I removed the # from the password and its running now.
