Mail Identities

Hi,
Our users have multiple aliases,

and even some e-mail addresses outside our current domains.
How can they select from wich mail alias to send while composing a mail ?

User X might have to send from

x@domain1.com for something

but mail from

x@domain2.com for something else
This is rather important to the' users.
