Zimbra resources? (how many users per machine?)

Hi all,
We're just putting together our hosted zimbra plans.... Does anyone, zimbra or other, have any system specs v number of users?
We've been offering exchange/unix for years so I have a good handle on how many users I can get on a "standard" dell server for example, but I've no idea on zimbra and need it for costings. (my initial feel is that zimbra feels heavyish on resource :/ )
Any info would be much appreciated!
