Forward All Messages to Host

Hi, I'm configuring and testing Zimbra 3.1.1 at a university where off-campus SMTP is blocked, so all mail must first be forwarded to the university's mail server at mail.oregonstate.edu before messages can leave campus. I know how to do this for our existing Exchange 5.5 server, but how do I tell Zimbra to do so? Thanks!

Ah ha, I just had to enter the host address in the Web Administration --> Configuration --> Global Settings --> MTA tab --> Relay MTA for external delivery.
