PLease help?

Im using thunderbird and now I get could not connect to server 192.168.x.x; Th econnection was refused. It was working but now it is not. I can log in and check and send mail via the web ui

have you changed any settings in thunderbird? can you connect to the server on the command line on your client machine:
telnet 192.168.x.x 143

or

openssl s_client -connect 192.168.x.x:993
