Syntax for zmschedule backup

Hi all,
I want to schedule backups but I don't understand the documentation nor the zmschedulebackup --help result ...

If I want to add a new schedule for backups, what is the good command line syntax for zmschedulebackup ???
In the documentation and in the command help, I've noticed no examples to help me through this problem ...
No info in this forum, so anybody have made tests on backups ?
