vmware vs zimbra...need help!!

hi respected people

i am a long time and satisfied user of vmware workstation.its been a complete suite for everything.i prefer it more than virtual box and other such competitor products.

recently i was checking alternative for MS outlook and i got zimbra desktop client,and when i went into its details,i found zimbra also has virtualisation programs,and i found it is also under vmware.

i just want to know what is difference between vmware workstation and zimbra virtualization, and which one is better.

i would highly appreciate your info.

Zimbra Desktop = Email/Zimbra Client for Workstations

Zimbra Virtual Appliance = Server Product for VM Ware Hypervisor

Nayother Zimbra thing = Server Product
What maybe confused you is that Zimbra is now owend by VM ware - but this product has nothing todo with virtualisation - not directly - the appliance is jsut one way to run this thing among lot of others
