Hi,
Just an idea I'm playing around with and was wondering if it is possible !?
I would like to put some sort of filter in place that would scan incoming messages to Zimbra, and if there was an attachment above a certain size, say 2mb, strip the attachment from the mail and move it via some method (REST or SOAP perhaps) to another server.
Obviously I would then need to edit the original message to include a hyperlink to the file on the other server and a notice describing what has happened and why, and then deliver the message to the users inbox..
Is this possible !? How would I go about setting this up !?
All input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mic

Ubumail,
Currently, Zimbra doesn't support this, however, it's a really good idea.
I'm going to move this thread to the developers forum.
Also, I'll search bugzilla to see if there is a feature request in there. . .but I doubt it. You should file one.

Hey thanks for the response ... I've looked at Bugzilla but I can't see where you log enhancements, only bugs !?
Any ideas !?
