How to use Rest API POST

Hi I'm triyng to do post using postman, but I don't know how.

I've been checking this link https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_REST_API_Reference I can do Get, but I can't do Post, why?
My user and pass it's correct and I even tried to copy one return from the get em put into post body, but I don't know why.
There is anyway to do?
Any example? It could be in Java, Postman, python or anything.
