How to use method POST for Zimbra Rest?

Hi,

I try test test the rest for zimbra with POSTMAN, but I don't know how works the method POST for zimbra.

Someone have an example, or have a document that explain how the rest zimbra api works?
I already see the docs in this site: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_REST_API_Reference.
But I need more information.
