Yahoo Emoticons

During one of the past upgrades, the Yahoo Emoticons seem to have developed a problem.
When composing messages, If you click on the Emoticons icon, all you see are 16 of them. The zimlet shows dozens in the 'img' folder. Also, if you use the text short-cut, the recipient sees the emoticon properly.
Did I miss something in the docs about this?
One of my users tends to bug me every once in a while when they're coming back.
I recently upgraded the student's zimbra server to 8.7.11_GA_1854.FOSS and it still has the problem.
