has anybody seen this issue before:
I have two users who both use Outlook 2016 for Mac (version 15.27.0 (161010) according to the logs) and are connected to a (the same) ZCS 8.6.0.6 server. Both see the issue that every now and then Outlook doesn't pull an incoming mail in their Inbox which they can see in the Web UI though. I think this happens when they loose their network connection (for whatever reason) and get a new IP address and Outlook has to reconnect to the server. Just today we had a mail where the timeline looks like this:
- 11:34 UTC last IMAP log entries in mailbox.log with IP A
- 11:36 UTC a mail arrives
- 11:40 UTC a new IMAP login from IP B
- The mail is never displayed in the Outlook Inbox
