Multiple Users, 1 Mailbox

Hi all,

We are attempting to migrate from Domino to Zimbra OSE. Our store employees currently share a mailbox, but each have their own login, for accountability purposes. Is there anyway to make one mailbox the primary mailbox for all 5 users?

On the same token, some of our managers use a mailbox that is "recycled". Essentially, if the manager quits and a new one starts, we just point the new manager's login to the already existing mailbox, so they have all the emails they need. I've dug through MariaDB some, but have been unable to force two accounts to use the same mailbox.

The "Sharing Toolkit" works, but it doesn't allow me to remove the users primary mailbox so they only have the shared mailbox.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
