meeting feedback

Post by G71 »

Dear, probably this is not the correct path for this question ...anyway...

When I create a new appointment, I can send the invitation and in this invitation I can ask to answer (rsvp)

Assuming to have 3 user: Sender_01, Invitated_01 and Invitated_02

Sender_01 sends the invitation for a new appointment:

Invitated_01 accepts the invitation and the notification back to Sender_01
Invitated_02 doesn't accepts the invitation and the notification back to Sender_01

Is there some trick in order that Invitated_01 and Invitated_02 know the situation of each other about the confirm/not confirm for the meeting?

I mean for example: in the notification of Invitaed_02 ( "ko" ) in reply to Sender_01 could be add on cc Invitaed_02? Or this scenario is good only for member of the same organisation?

Thanks a lot

If you know it's in the wrong forum why did you post it here? Next time try placing your question in the correct forum.
