Delegate with persona shows 3 options in from field

Hi all,
We are getting some users setup to view a training team mailbox which they can view and reply to e-mails from. I setup sharing of the mailbox with the users which works correctly, then setup delegate control so they are able to send mail as that mailbox. The thing is, we want a different signature when the users send mail from that mailbox, so we setup a persona for them, but now they have 3 different entries in the From: dropdown box. Their own, one for the delegate and one for the persona.
Is there a better way to set this up? i.e. a delegate with a different signature without having to use a persona?
