Hi,

we have installed zimbra 8.6 network Sp 6, and we are experiencing difficulties related to the display of the email in HTML format.
Some users see the message in text format even if sent in HTML.
At the end of the message it is shown an attachment and the inscription "Unknown <text / html>" of 46 KB with the possibility of "View" or "Download" the attachment.
If the attachment is being Viewed, or downloaded the email is viewed in HTML format.
The configuration of users who have the problem is the same as many other users who do not have this problem.

Salve a tutti,

abbiamo installato zimbra 8.6 network Sp 6, e stiamo riscontrando dei problemi legati alla visualizzazione delle email in formato Html.
Alcuni utenti è come se vedessero il messaggio in formato testo anche se effettivamente viene inviato in HTML.
Alla fine del messaggio viene indicato un allegato e la scritta "Sconosciuto <text/html>" di 46 KB con possibilità di "Visualizza" o "Scarica" l'allegato.
Se viene Visualizzato o scaricato l'allegato la mail viene vista in formato Html.
La configurazione degli utenti che hanno la problematica è la stessa di tanti altri utenti che non hanno questo problema.

Hello,

In the Preferences >> E-mail >> Message View tab, you have an option to view e-mail in either text or HTML format. If the user chooses to receive the messages in text format, they will not be displayed in HTML even though the sending format will be.

I having the same problem with zimbra 8.7.11_GA_1854_FOSS Ubuntu 16.0.3
An email is sent to two accounts of the same domain and with the same COS default settings, one account receives the email in html correctly, but the other receives an attachment with the message attachment and the inscription "Unknown <text / html> "
The settings of the two accounts are for display in html In the Preferences >> E-mail >> Message View tab

The issue in Zimbra 8.7.11 on Ubuntu 16.0.3 where one account receives HTML emails correctly, while the other receives an attachment with a "Unknown <text/html>" message is baffling.
