When I initially logged into my account, I inadvertently used an incorrect user ID. Now, every time I come to my Zimbra account, my incorrect user ID is displayed and I must change it. Only one character is incorrect, but it might as well be all of them.
Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem? It is very frustrating and I would sincerely appreciate it, as I have search for almost an hour trying to find an answer to this and have given up.
