Can't receive or send email

Hi everyone,

I haven't been able to use my email for a week now, neither to send or to receive. I get this error popup whenever I try to send (or even save a draft):

msg: system failure: IOException while saving draft
code: service.FAILURE

OR

(and the request underneath).

I haven't received any emails either, but it doesn't seem to send an error message to the sender (I tried from another of my email addresses).
I don't know if it's got something to do with Zimbra or with the administrator of my email address (Newmanity). Can anyone help ?

Hi,

I would suggest to you to try to contact any of your organization system admins. If you are using the WebUI, most likely there is a problem with your company server. Did you try using another web browser just to make sure?
