Webmail: second account doesnt sync some IMAP folders

Hi,
I added a second imap (gmail) account under Preferences->Accounts but noticed that not all folders are synced like the Drafts folder and two custom folders.
In gmail the system labels are properly set to show up in imap.
In Thunderbird for example, all folders are visible.
I´m using 8.8.11_GA_3772.FOSS on the server side.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
