Briefcase sharing problem

Hello everyone,,
We have created one shared briefcase using wiki account.
One of the user with admin rights try to share one of the subfolder under Main folder to others using his own credential.
Main folder (created and shared using wiki account)reversephonelookup.onl/ curated.onl/nba-reddit/

-subfolder (created and shared by user)
When others user received the shared notification email, the subject showed "Shared created: subfolder shared by undefined". Once clicked on accept share, it will showed "invalid request: invalid long value 'undefined' for attribute: rid
The user only can accept the shared for the subfolder when we resend the shared notification from the wiki account.
How can we solved this or was this a bug? Thank you for advice.

This is an extremely old version of ZCS, it is no longer supported and versions of ZCS prior to the current ZCS 8.8.15 have serious security flaws - if you care about your user's safety you should upgrade immediately.
