Webmail (Ajax) Edit as New didn't insert Signature

Webmail (Ajax) Edit as New didn't insert Signature

Hi All,
We are using "Release 8.8.15_GA_3869.RHEL7_64_20190917004220 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P5."
We found that signature will not be inserted when "Edit as New"

Signature is working in compose,reply and forward but didn't work in "Edit as New"
Anyone have the same problem?
