WEBMAIL ERROR

hi, when i send a message via webmail (ZCS 8.8.12) i receive "the message was not sent, one or more addresses were rejected" error. the address i correct. i click "ok", send again and the message goes... sometimes i need to click OK and SEND 3 or 4 times and finally the message goes.
any ideas?
