Mail not showed in Sent folder

Hi, this is my first post here, and I write because I already tryied all the possible solutions found her.
Basically the problem is the same mentioned in this post (viewtopic.php?t=60432) , I send mails, but them aren't showed in the Sent folder, the number of sent mails increments everytime and the only way to see them is through the search function.
I already rebuilt the index of the user with zmcontrol rim, checked the index and everything seems ok, checked the settings in administrative and user console and everything is fine, send a lot of mails that disappeared from the Sent folder.
Zimbra version is Zimbra 8.8.10_GA_3041 (build 20181008051741).
Hope someone could address me the right way.

The problem has been solved changing the visualization of the mail: the more recent elements were first, but the new mails weren't displayed, I sorted the mail by objects and then again by the most recent element, the emails showed up.
