undelivered mail return to sender

If someone send email to me, they get an undelivered mail from my server automatically.
Actually the mails come to my zimbra but it sends warning mail to all the senders except gmail users.
How can I solve this iusse?
Please help me.
Also I wrote the automatic message in the undelivered mail as below.
