PC with windows 10 and outlook 2016
Last connector 8.7 beta, CentOS6 8.6.p7
User A share with User B own calendar or contacts with full administrator rights (or manager as well).
User B is able to add new appontments or contacts, but is not able to delete them using Outlook with ZCO.
But, if she/he use webmail, she/he is able to delete them.

We have the same issue. (shared Calendar). The different users (manager permission) are able to crate new items but aren't able to delete the entries. We can't delete the own created meeting or a meeting created from another user. The only way to delte is using "shift - delete" key combination. A "normal" delete in the Outlook (2010 and 2013) menu or with "delete" on the Keybaord brings an Error from Outlook "An Error has Occurred, Please Try Again Later".

The problem seems to be solved... We have had to delete the MAPI Profile in Outlook and add it again (complete new sync). After that, the "soft" delete works again. So you have to make sure, you are using the newest connector. Delete the existing Outlook Profile and add it new, then it should work.
