ZCO 8.6.0 How to auto delete declined appointments in resources calendar

Recently I received complains from users since my users are confused when they look at the resource 's calendar which opened in their Outlook , both declined , cancelled and accepted appointments could appear in the same time slot although declined notification is sent. How to automatically delete all declined and cancelled appointments for resources using [auto accept if available, auto decline on conflict]?
I have checked everywhere but could not find useful idea. I've tried unchecking [Show declined meetings], which will not show declined appointments on its own webmail calendar, yet they still appear on users' outlook calendar which they have opened the resources' email/calendar.
Any idea?

I know it's a long time ago but I have the same issue with the same server version.
