MAC outlook 2016 not sync

Hi all,

I am trying to sync my Zimbra account in my mac outlook 2016 but it is not sync..
Meanwhile, Mac outlook 11 can do this.
I am using zimbra version 8.6
Please help me to sort this out.... Thanks in Advance..!!

You should always give the full output of the following command when posting in these forums:

zmcontrol -v

Other than 'it's not working', what exactly is the problem and what errors are you seeing? Which exact version of the Connector are you using?

Hi Phoenix,

I am using zimbra version

[zimbra@mail ~]$ zmcontrol -v

Release 8.6.0_GA_1153.RHEL6_64_20141215151155 RHEL6_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.6.0_P4.

I think am not using any connector if so pls tell how to check what connector in use.

Actual issue is, I have configured my account in mac OS outlook16 . I am able to send mail but mails not receiving.

even it does not show any errors.
