We have an occasional issue where a user will unable to initialize folders when doing a Send/Receive. Standard investigation reveals that the zimbra version listed within the users outlook client is 8.7.0.1430, but in the user's Programs and Applications, the version is 8.6.0.1314 (which is what it should be).
Uninstalling and reinstalling Zimbra has not fixed the issue, neither has removing any reg keys for zimbra that include the terms "installer" and "uninstall" (which is a possible solution that has been given to us previously). Is there anything else we can to remove the outlook connector completely, and reinstall it with the correct version. Currently the only action that works is to reimage the whole machine, obviously not ideal
