Outlook 2007 Archive?

I'm trying to help a client archive their mail, because they have a huge profile and it's making their Outlook slow and non-responsive. I select File, Archive, set it for all mail before 12/31/2013, find the .pst to send it to, and hit okay, and it shows up in the status bar at the bottom for maybe fifteen seconds, and then it's "done." Of the thousands and thousands of emails in this client's profile, it has taken about five in various subfolders, and it doesn't seem to want to take any more. I don't understand why it won't archive the rest.

Need to get his profile down to a manageable size ASAP!! Any ideas??

I would suggest you to please open a support ticket with Zimbra Support.

Also, if you could share the zco.log, we can crosscheck the same.
