Email Formatting

Hey everyone,

I have a user who is using ZCO, all preferences in our webmail platform are to always format emails as HTML, and ZCO is configured to sync webmail preferences.

Despite this, when the user replies to a plain text email Outlook formats his replies as plain text as well, instead of HTML which results in the picture in hsi signature being replaced with description: description: description:
