I'm running Zimbra NE 8.6. I install a new VM with NE 8.7.11, did a backup & restore.
For the outlook connector do I need to create a new profile for Outlook? Outlook does not connect with the new server, with denied permission.
If I create a new outlook profile it works with the new server. Do I need to create a new profile in all PCs? Is there a better solution to avoid going to reconfigure all the PCs?

Hi ferra,
I remember I had issues in the past, I always ended creating new profiles, but maybe is a better way by letting the ZCO knows the new user ID or so, would you mind to please open a support ticket?

Thanks. Where do I open a support ticket? Since I'm new as an oficial zimbra partner. I sent an email in the partner area (Zimbra partner portal support). Is this the right place?

You should hve an user and ide here https://support.zimbra.com if not, just send an email directly to support@zimbra.com with your Business information and the problem. They will create an account for you
