Hello guys,

I have an strange problem: we have created several resources (meeting room) but if try to make an appointment with Zimbra web I see that the resources is busy but if I try to make an appointment with Outlook the resource seems free.

Somebody can help me? Somebody meets this problem?

UPDATE: it seems that Outlook don't show also availability of some people... the very strange think is that I cannot see the availability of user 1, 2, 3 and 4 5 6 yes; Another user that try to create an appointment can see the availability of user 1,2,3 but cannot see 4,5,6..

We have the same issue.
It seems like if the calendar permissions are set such that everyone can see the calendar (making the calendar public available through a link which can be accessed on the internet) it is working - otherwise not.
Obviously we can not live with that, so need to find another solution.
