Connector Install

I'm trying to install Outlook Connector but I keep getting an error that Outlook isn't installed. When I have Outlook open and try to install it tells me I need to close Outlook so I'm not sure why I'm getting this error. Any idea? What I'm trying to accomplish is being able to access all of the auto fill contacts for my organization inside of Outlook which I was hoping connector would fix.
