Deleted old account that was having sync issues, and created a new account using the same credentials; then started Outlook. Under the Zimbra tab, and below the “Show Zimbra Progress” button, a small text shows: “Syncing”. However, clicking on the “Show Zimbra Progress” button does not bring up the window as it did before. The OS, Outlook, nor Zimbra Outlook Connector was updated prior to or after the deletion of the old account.
Anyone know why this may be happening? Will I have to delete and recreate an Outlook profile? Below are the version number for Zimbra and Outlook running on Windows 10 64-bit.
