Hey!
Anyone with same issue as me?
I have Outlook running with ZCO and with an Office365 mailbox account (which is now finally supported).
Outlook crashes quite often though. No error messages, it just restarts. In the eventlog I see some error entries, but no meaningful descriptions.
Unsure if this is a ZCO or Outlook issue/bug...

No one seen this?

I'd suggest you open a support case with Zimbra.svendsen wrote:No one seen this?

Re: Outlook crashes regularly
What do you mean by using ZCO in your outlook for connecting to an office365 mailbox?
I'm only aware of usecases of ZCO to connect to Zimbra mailboxes. Connection from Outlook to an Exchange will occur with MAPI without the need to use a ZCO.
Anyways, try troubleshooting that connector raising debug info so when as phoenix suggests and you open the support case, you can provide the logs upfront and you don't waste any of your time. Follow this https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/ZCS_Connec ... ort_errors
Also note that regardless of the official documentation, current versions of ZCO are not compatible with Windows XP.
