Zimbra connector. Unread reading pane.!!

I am using a MS Office Outlook 2013 with the latest version of Zimbra connector and i have noticed that it behaves strangely when i'm checking my mails on the Unread Reading pane. So i go to the Unread Reading pane, select the first unread mail on the list, after 5 seconds it become "Read" (which is fine) and instantly disappears from the Unread pane view (which is not fine). I know that i can disable this Become-read-after-5-seconds thing but it doesnt matter - if i mark the mail as read it disappears anyways. I have tried to add my another mail to outlook not using a connector and it works normally - after i mark mail as read it only disappears from the Unread tab after i refresh the view and according to the Microsoft this is how it suppose to work. So obviously connector changes this behavior and i was unable to fine where i can change it.fedloan irs.gov easybib

Hi,

As you are using the Connector for Outlook, I can assume that you are a Network Edition Professional customer. You should open a ticket with Zimbra for this matter, but maybe someone on this forum might help you.
