Unable to synchronize address book,calendars,tasks,memos and sent items

Hi,
I am unable to synchronize address book(both side),calendars(both side), tasks(both side) , memos(both side) and sent items(both side).
In consummation i am unable to do anything except incoming emails and address book-GAL (lookup from device.)
Kindly help me in this regard, here are the details:
1)ZCB (7.2.0.517)
2) BES-Express for exchange (5.0.3-bundle12)
3) Windows 2008 -R2 (64-Bit)
4) ZCS (7.2.0.2669)
5) Microsoft Outlook 2007 with SP3
6) CDO 1.2.1 (6.5.8244)
